- A Questionnaire 

- 30 minute live consultation (voice/chat) 

- A check in chat after your appointment to confirm any progress or if further help is required. 

- A complimentary product of your choice

- 35% off She Is Crowned Products 

If you would like to also order a written hair care plan, you can order one as an add on to your consultation

Our consultations are not medical advice. Please consult your GP/Doctor if you would like information and treatment options if you have a medical condition that may be effecting your hair.  

Our consultations are 1 to 1 sessions offering advice based on experience & knowledge.  

If during consultation, we believe your hair/scalp condition needs specialist medical intervention, we will advise you in finding an appropriate service with a healthcare professional or doctor. 

Cancellation Policy:

We offer free cancellation if you change your mind up to 48 hours after booking and before completing any questionnaires. In all other cases, the service is non-refundable.
